Failure analysis is a broad term for determining why a system or component ceased to operate as it was designed.  Determining why something failed is critical to product improvement and development.  Failure itself is not necessarily bad, many great inventions are the result of numerous trial and error.  The projects on this page are a sampling of work we have done where the sole objective was to determine what happened and how and several were the subject of litigation.
